Divine Big Pawz Fila Brasileiro Rescue is a small rescue located mainly in Alabama. We are sorry that we do not have a place that you can come and view our dogs as most of our dogs are in private foster homes throughout the southeast.

As our name states, we try to help the “Big Pawz” type of dog, specializing in the Fila Brasileiro. Our mission is to help abused, neglected and/or abandoned dogs in need. Our goal is to help people to become responsible dog owners.

If you would like to become a foster for Divine Big Pawz Rescue (DBPR) then email us for a foster application to fill out.

If you would like to adopt one of our dogs then email us for an adoption application to fill out. After we receive that and do a home check, check your personal references and vet reference, then we will send you the adoption contract. We want the best possible home for our dogs.

If you need assistance with keeping your pet then please email us. We will try to assist you in any way possible.

If you would like for us to courtesy post your dog then send us a pic and a bio on the dog and we will put it on the website and petfinder!

We stay pretty busy with work, going to the vets office with one of the dogs and basically taking care of all the animals.
